Gloucestershire Leaders Group

for leaders in small to medium independent charitable organisations

Coming soon, an exciting new peer to peer support network for leaders in the voluntary sector in Gloucestershire. The group is facilitated by Rachel Levay (Director of Stroud Book Festival) and Barrie Wyatt.

This project brings together small groups of leaders to:.

  • share knowledge and best practice,
  • develop skills and resilience,
  • find areas of synergy and mutual benefit, and
  • identify further support needs.

The group also aims to work together to influence existing structures and policy in the county in order to improve effectiveness and collaboration within the sector.

Currently running as a pilot project, we meet for two hours every two months, with the potential for communication and one-to-one mentoring in between. As an emerging project, we are still developing and honing the group into something that leaders will find worthwhile, effective and that makes best use of their own expertise and ideas.

More information to follow, but in the meantime if you are the leader of a small to medium charitable organisation in Gloucestershire and would be interested to find out more or join the group, please contact Rachel or Barrie

In addition to Ease Training, and Carter Noble Safeguarding we are very pleased to welcome Charlton Associates as the third sponsor of the pilot.
