“Quality is not an act, it is a habit” – Aristotle

Trusted Charity (previously known as PQASSO) is a quality standard designed specifically for the Voluntary and Community Sector, intended to help you run your organisation (whatever its size) more effectively and efficiently and therefore deliver better outcomes to your community. This approach helps you take a systematic look at what you do in all areas of your organisation, identifying areas where you are doing well and where improvements are needed.

As a NCVO licensed Trusted Charity Mentor, Barrie Wyatt is qualified to deliver training and provide personal support to help you implement the quality standard and make those improvements.

NCVO licensed Trusted Charity mentor status means that the practitioner has demonstrated a commitment to providing a high quality service of training and mentoring to support organisations wishing to implement Trusted Charity, as evidenced by the fact that he has completed the full Trusted Charity mentor training course provided by NCVO. NCVO cannot guarantee that all licensed Trusted Charity mentors will have the skills or expertise that you need nor that they will be right for your organisation. Care and attention are required when choosing a Trusted Charity mentor to ensure that the person is competent to provide the support that you need and NCVO recommends that you take up references.
